When Friends of Figma Kraków chapter launched they needed a visual identity that would establish their position on local design events scene.
The main challenge was that it had to follow Figma’s global branding, but we really wanted to add a personal, local touch to it. To achieve that we used base elements like colours and logo structure, but added distinct elements that could be used thorough whole communication and collaterals.
I co-led the project with another designer, and together we worked out a logo, key visuals, social media and event assets, merchandise, motion graphics and mapping designs.
The final outcome is branding that is recognisable, consistent, alive, yet still aligns with global Friend of Figma brand standards.
